The Pavilion
Receptions take place in our newly renovated, fully enclosed pavilion surrounded by the lake and rolling fields. The 4,000 square foot climate controlled space gives you plenty of room to celebrate no matter the weather. Light colored walls with wooden accents, dark floors and ceilings give this space a warm, elegant feel. Cafe lighting hung inside and out create the perfect glow in the pavilion as the sun sets, and the chandelier over the dance floor makes for a beautiful backdrop for your first dance as a married couple.
The front patio with stone columns and beautiful landscaping overlooks the lake; Chairs, benches and a firepit make this a great place for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous view. The field off the side of the building is great for cornhole boards, outdoor sitting areas or a food truck, or set off fireworks over the lake to make your wedding one guests will never forget!
The pavilion is large enough to accommodate up to 180 with full seating, plus a dance space, bar, DJ booth and buffet tables. Caterers are also provided a catering prep room and restrooms are located in the pavilion for convenience.
Set up the pavilion with full seating, or add soft seating and high top tables to create mingling spaces for guests, There is usually enough room for all the extras you'll need to make your wedding truly unforgettable...we can accommodate photo booths, cigar bars, casino areas and dessert bars. We can also accommodate food trucks and trailers in the fields and drive adjacent to the pavilion. With so much space and the perfect view, The Oaks is the best place to create the wedding of a lifetime!
