The Oaks offers a wide variety of wedding services to suite any brides needs, and our property offers a unique, beautifully landscaped backdrop for outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Our event coordinators are here to help as much or as little as you need while planning, and on the day of your wedding. Our day-of staff is included with any package so we take care of the set up, decorating and clean up, making your wedding day truly stress free.
We do not have preferred vendors so you are free to use anyone you'd like for catering, entertainment, flowers, etc. We work with vendors in the area so if you need help choosing the right vendor for your style and budget we are here to help. We want our guests to enjoy their event and take full advantage of the property's many amenities. Packages include rental of the event house and property from 10am to 11pm the day of your wedding (check in time varies for Sunday weddings), giving guests time to take in the property's beauty.
On the day of your wedding relax and enjoy your time in the impeccably decorated event house. Have your hair and makeup done on site with plenty of room to spread out in the bridal suite and upstairs dressing rooms. The men will love to hang out in the man cave, complete with sitting areas, a pool table, foosball table, and bar. Family and friends may take advantage of the houses sitting areas throughout the day so everyone can be a part of this special occasion.
Guests are greeted by The Oaks staff as they enter the beautifully landscaped property and are led to the ceremony area. Ceremonies take place under an oak tree canopy behind the event house overlooking the property's picturesque 4 acre lake. Receptions take place in a beautiful area just off the lake under our new 4,000 square foot pavilion. The property has enchanting lighting throughout and the glow from sunset highlights the beautiful rolling fields off the pavilion. The chandelier over the dance floor, cafe lighting overhead and candlelight make for the most romantic setting.
The Oaks offers ceremony and reception pricing based on the amount of guests attending, and length of property rental. Enjoy just the day, or add overnight stays to enjoy a wedding weekend. A rehearsal is included by appointment with any package, if you add an overnight stay the night before the wedding you are guaranteed to have the property for rehearsal the night before your I do's, and you can have rehearsal dinner on site. Our packages are also completely customizable. We can add any service you wish to our package to give you a one stop shop for your wedding needs!
Pricing is based on your number of guests, and includes:
*Access to the property before the wedding for photos, meetings & rehearsal
*Access to the event house and property from 10am - 11pm
(*check in time varies for Sunday weddings*)
*Ceremony area complete with chairs for your number of guests
*4,000 sq/ft climate controlled pavilion complete with overhead lighting, & tables & chairs for your # of guests + additional tables for cocktail hour, food, cake & gifts
*Your choice of linen color, and use of any runners & linen napkins on site
*Event coordinator to help with planning before, & directing day-of
*A staff for day-of to set up, decorating & clean up
*Restroom accommodations and catering area at the pavilion
* Use of anything on site including chandliers, decorations, bars, props, etc
Bar Services -
Bring your own beer and wine, or beer, wine and liquor package can be added onto the day package. The bar package includes bartenders, cups, ice, napkins, etc., liquor package includes garnishes and mixers. You bring the alcohol to us and we take care of the rest. (*a special event permit is required for liquor only, and is the customers responsibility to obtain*)
Upgrades can be made to any rental supplies, additional charges may apply in order to accommodate.
All Inclusive wedding package includes everything in the day package, plus:
*A DJ for the ceremony & reception
* A cake for your number of guests
*Decorative fresh flowers for the aisleway, gazebo & guest table centerpieces
* Bar service (includes bartenders, cups, ice,...garnishes & mixers for liquor)
How It Works:
We put a budget in the all inclusive package for the above listed services based on the average price of the vendors on our recommended list, & taking into account your number of guests. You can meet with the vendors for taste testings or meetings & once you decide who you would like to use, we handle all of the contracts, payments & coordinating with these vendors. (*All additional services included in the all inclusive package are provided by third party services*)
The vendors on our recommended lists have worked with us in the past so we know they are reliable and do a great job (but please know we can not be held responsible for third party services). This means you can have the best of the best vendors handling your wedding without the hassle of budgeting, paying multiple deposits and payments, and stressing about the quality of your services. We help to keep you in budget, and whatever you don't use from the budget would come off the bottom line.
You can also add or take away budgets for different services, making this package truly customizable. We work with great vendors for pretty much any wedding service imaginable so you can add creative and exciting aspects to your wedding guests will be talking about for years to come.
The Oaks also offers limited lodging in the property's event house. Overnight accommodations can be added to any package, and booking the night before your wedding includes a rehearsal, with the option to add a dinner set up.
If you add the night before, check in is any time after 2pm the day before your wedding with the option to have rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site. For overnight stays the night of the wedding, check out is any time by 11am the next day. The house has beds for up to 10 guests.
The event house offers a wonderful space to host your bridal party and immediate family the weekend of your wedding. The event house is just like a rental house, so make yourself at home for the night, or the weekend and enjoy the peaceful setting while taking in all of the exciting details of your wedding day.
